Downland east of Cleeve Hill, 5 km NE of Cheltenham.

Disputed and part excluded. Prior to registration part of this common was subject to a Deed of Exchange, (22/6/67). There is one claim to a right of access over this unit.

Part owned jointly by two private owners. Remainder owned jointly bytwo private owners.

Final. Two owners registered by application and two ownersas directed by the Commons Commissioner.

Rights

Cattle, horses, sheep, donkeys and goats.

Rights entries were not disputed. Four entries havelimitations on grazing: April to October (1), 30th April to 30th November (1) and summer only (2). One right relates to only part of the unit.
