Originally disputed but objection withdrawn. There are two claims to rights of access and one claim to a perpetual licence to maintain the extension of a carthouse or garage and edge of roadway near property.

Originally owned by the Duke of Norfolk, but purchased by FittleworthParish Council, 24/2/81.
